Our graviera produced in Tripoli from 100% Greek sheep and goat milk. Its taste is sweet and full-bodied. It has a delicate aroma of butter and nuts and a long aftertaste with spicy notes.

Enjoyed as a table appetizer, in sandwiches and salads, with rusks and breadsticks. It is served with honey, fresh or dried fruits, and adds a distinctive flavor to risotto, moussaka, omelets, and many other culinary creations.
